Shipping

Australia

Orders are packaged and prepared within 3 business days of initial purchase. All orders are shipped via SENDLE. A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically after purchase, and tracking once the item is on its’ way.

EXPRESS - $20.00AUD
Express deliveries made within Australian Metro Areas normally take 1-2 business days depending on location.

STANDARD - $10.00AUD
Standard deliveries made within Australia will take 3-5 business days depending on location.

Once orders are in the hands of SENDLE we are no longer liable for any delays or damage. Please ensure your postal address is current & correct as our labelling is automated and cannot be changed.

If your item is unavailable to be delivered due to being sold out or any other unforeseen issues, your purchase will be refunded and you will be notified within 24 hours.

International

INTL EXPRESS - $35.00
All international orders are processed via SENDLE.
International shipping windows are varied and there will be delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic response. Please head to SENDLE’s website to find your estimated shipping window.

Returns

Phoebe Paradise Store relies and adheres to the regulations of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission Consumer Guarantees.

FAULTY ITEMS: If your garment is faulty, let us know within 10 DAYS of receiving it to be eligible for it to be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing your item.

WRONG SIZE/CHANGE OF MIND: if your garment doesn't fit or you have buyers remorse, let us know within 7 DAYS. If the garment is still in the condition you received it you are eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit. You will need to return the garment to us, and include a self addressed return post bag if you need a replacement sent out.

If a garment has been washed, damaged or tags have been removed we cannot accept Sizing/Change of Mind returns as it is no longer in sellable condition.
